What happens if you do not deliver the guaranteed opportunities?

If we fall short of the guaranteed monthly opportunities, the difference is refunded pro-rata from your subscription. For the Starter tier (20 opps/month at €1,000), each undelivered opportunity is refunded at €50. For the Growth tier (40 opps/month at €2,000), the same €50 per undelivered opportunity applies. This is a contractual commitment, not a best-effort promise — it is written into the service agreement.

What is a qualified opportunity?

A qualified opportunity is a positive reply from a prospect who matches the ideal customer profile (ICP) defined at the start of your engagement. The prospect must meet demographic criteria — industry, company size, geography — and express explicit interest: requesting a meeting, pricing, a demo, or more information. We do not count auto-replies, unsubscribes, negative responses, or referrals to other people without expressed interest. Each opportunity is manually verified by our team before being reported.

Why is the minimum commitment 3 months?

The first 2-3 weeks are dedicated to the warm-up phase: configuring dedicated sending domains, activating authentication protocols, and building sender reputation gradually. First live campaigns launch in weeks 3-4 at lower volumes. Full volume and optimized performance is typically reached in month 2. The 3-month minimum ensures you see the full potential of the system, not just the ramp-up phase. After the initial period, the engagement continues month-to-month with 30 days notice.

What is the overflow pricing for Starter and Growth tiers?

If your campaign generates more qualified opportunities than your tier guarantees — which happens regularly — additional opportunities above the monthly guarantee are billed at €50 per opportunity. For example, if you are on the Starter tier (20 opps guaranteed) and we deliver 25 opportunities in a month, the additional 5 are billed at €50 each (€250). The Scale tier includes overflow in the base pricing. Overflow billing is transparent and itemized in your monthly report.

Can I switch tiers or cancel the service?

After the initial 3-month commitment, you can upgrade or downgrade tiers at the start of any billing month. To upgrade from Starter to Growth mid-contract, contact us and we adjust the next invoice. Cancellation requires 30 days written notice after the initial 3-month period. There are no cancellation fees. All prospect data, campaign reports, and analytics generated during the engagement remain accessible to you after the contract ends.
